What Will You Be Doing?

  • Provides technical support to staff and stakeholders for all computer systems, peripheral devices, and computing equipment.
  • Manages technical support requests across their lifecycle: triage, investigation, diagnosis, resolution, root-cause analyses, and documentation.
  • Works closely with the Systems Administrator to triage, prioritize, and complete technical support tasks.
  • Supports the Receptionist in providing customer service to staff, callers, and visitors at the front reception area.
  • Communicates responsively and effectively with Trellis staff and stakeholders.
  • Builds strong working relationships with Information Technology and Facilities team members and other Trellis teams, business units, and vendors.
  • Assists in management of Trellis' assists including inventory, setup, move, and tear down of computer equipment and standing desks.
  • Assists the Information Security Officer in monitoring policy compliance and responding to information security incidents.
  • Provides assistance and support for information technology projects and initiatives.

What Skills Do You Need to Be Considered for This Position?

  • High school diploma or equivalent required, Associate in a technology-related discipline preferred.
  • 2 years' experience working in customer service and/or technical support.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to work with a diverse user group.
  • Ability to organize tasks, manage time and prioritize projects.
  • Effective oral and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
